If you want the strongest version to play and also want to be fair to Michael Okser who correctly asked you for permission to play (sorry but the other operator was wrong by registering without asking you first), you can provide Mr. Okser whichever version you think is better. In any case I would humbly advice you to clear this up via e-mail with the concerned parties (the organiser and the two operators).
