Subject: CCT4 - ratings of new accounts

Hi,

I hope that new accounts for participants of the CCT4 will get a "real" rating.
If I remember right (?) in a previous CCT there were some accounts with a rating
of something like 1000. This would e.g. have a very bad influence on Hossas time
management and some other things. Maybe others adjust their behaviour according
to the opponents rating, too.
