Its no matter what kind of scale you use .. you have just to pick the better move .. you can't do better than this. what its the benefit to change scale of evaluetion if the move is allways the same? the only situation you may be willing to compute probability I can tink about is if someone must have a certain result to win a tourney or similar. in these cases you may prefere to split the evalutaion in 3 probability (eg 50%win/25%draw/25lose)! did you think that? ;-) glm
