>I agree about the good chess. Sometimes, however, it "chooses >not to castle", i.e. instead of Nf6, 0-0 it plays Kf8, but I >am sure Severi has figured this out himself. Yes, I curse everytime I see it playing stupid Kf8 or Kf1. Usually when bishop has moved, but the knight has not. I know how to fix this but the worst thing is that I can program only 1-2 days a week. I will get my own computer tomorrow (it's AMD K6/500Mhz, 19" monitor...only 250 euros!!), but before I've been able to program only at my mother's in a different town :( Well, actually I can program anytime I want, but I can compile only at weekends or so... >I think there might be a bug somewhere, sometimes it doesn't move. >The CPU-usage goes from 100% to nothing so it obviously did some thinking >but no move... It should be bugless, so could you post a debug file from WB to me when you see this happening. It definitely should not be happening anymore... >But it plays very well. My ordinary anti-computer strategy, which works >well againt Crafty and Hiarcs, failed. I had to resort to crude >king side assaults to get a win :) Soon there won't be anything that can stop Requiem :) Severi
