I was at Fry's this last weekend and noticed that they were out of stock on a lot of the Sony units (except for the T415), which led me to believe that new models were pending. I just saw the following information about a new color unit... "Ending months of rumors and speculation, Sony is announcing two new additions to its line of handhelds today: the PEG-T615C and the PEG-S360. The star is sure to be the T615C, with its 320 by 320 pixel, TFT 16-bit color display and 16 MB of RAM. Despite this official announcement, Sony still has not specified an exact release date, only saying that it will be available later this month for $400." It's nice to hear that you're enjoying your N760C - it looks like a nice one. Unfortunately I don't think that my wife would appreciate me spending $400 on a T615C to play and study chess. I bought one of those Excaliber LCD Chess units a while back, and its display is so illegible that it just makes you dream of having a nice high resolution color display. I wish we could have Clie functionality at Advanced Gameboy prices.
