Crafty also wants to put the rook at e3 to force a swap, that will bring the
c-pawn to d3. Chezzz doesn't like that at all. It likes Re1 and c5 and other
moves, but Re3 is the way down on the list as no. 15... This is because of two
things:

1. It thinks it's rook is more active than white's, so it doesn't want to swap
them for nothing. Maybe getting the c-pawn to d3 is not nothing but...
2. It doesn't want to get the c pawn to d3, because even though it is isolated
here, it is more central.

Is Chezzz wrong or is Crafty wrong? Chess experts?
