If you use the acount just for the engine you could enable all shouts, s-shots
and some lively channals.

I have this enabled but there is of course problem when people start talking to
you through this account.

My provider doesn't hang up the line, but I do it myself in the router with
timelimit set to 2 min. (I don't pay for each connection only for the up time).
