Ok, the first position was wrong (in German B=Bauer is a pawn, not a bishop).
So, instead of [D]6k1/8/5Q2/8/8/8/3b1bb1/3Kbrrb w - -
(which I did analyse yesterday) we now have
[D]6k1/8/5Q2/8/8/8/3p1pp1/3Kbrrb w - -
Now Chest agrees that white wins in 17 moves. Qe7 is the unique key for this:

PV: Qe7 Kh8 Qg5 Kh7 Qe5 Kg8 Qf6 Kh7 Qf8 Kg6 Qe7 Kh6 Qf7 Kg5 Qe6 Kf4 Qd5 Kg4 Qd7+
Kh4 Qe7+ Kg3 Qf7 Kg4 Qf6 Kg3 Qf5 Kh4 Qg6 Kh3 Qg5 Kh2 Qh4#

On an Athlon 1500+ with 128MB hash Chest needs 27.7 minutes for this.
This time includes exclusion of any shorter mate and any other key for
depth = 17 moves.

Does GUSTAV guarantee the same?

Cheers,
Heiner
