Many sellers there will accept personal checks, and there are always copies of CM8000 (both new and used) available. However, without a credit card it may be difficult to even set up an account at any of these sites. Apart from that, I have no idea when (or if) Ubi Soft is going to start making copies available in retail stores in NZ. You can try contacting Ubi Soft Customer Support at support.ubi.com. There are also regional Ubi Soft sites as well (there might be one for Australia) that might have more information than I do. jm
