Therefore i decided to defend myself with some sort of 'personal' type of language against Vincents behaviour; hopefully he then learns how to improve his communication in possible future similar situations. regards, jefk PS sure i would have had no problem to admit i'm not a whizkid in C programming, one other reason that i started with this little program is to get some more experience with C before i'm starting with C++.
