FAT16 and FAT32 are no topics for Rebel.

We have WIN98 (BETA-3) and Rebel runs fine. One of the most important
improvements of W98 seems to be a much better swap-file behavior which
will reduce the irritating swapping when using big hash tables almost
to zero. I was for instance able to run Rebel10 using 120 Mb hash tables
on a 128 Mb Pc without any swapping at all!

That's good news for *all* chess programs.
