The CCT4 pairings are up. http://www.vrichey.de/cct4/cct4_table.html
It shows the pairings according to the ICC accoutns being used, but
unfortunately doesn't state what the programs are. For some this isn't a problem
(ferret = Ferret), but for others it is less clear (Goliath Blitz = bk-chess). I
hope Volker will change this.
