PGN either works or it doesn't, and I've never had any difficulty with either package or, for that matter, any PalmOS or PocketPC chess program. I suspect the difference is more marked on the PocketPC (for which I own all four principal programs; there's no PocketPC Tiger yet), but a great virtue of Genius is the simplicity and cleanness of its interface with one window and no pop-ups or other tricks; some of the other programs forget they're not running on desktop machines and ply you with features which get in the way. Being one of what sometimes seems about five people who actually play their programs, as opposed to playing them against each other, I must say that playing strength is largely an irrelevance; for average-to-good club players like me both PalmOS programs are fine and all four PocketPC programs are far too strong already, so usability is prime.
