After 28 rounds, the four top engines differ by a total of 1/2 point.  That's
pretty darn close.

And Shredder has played 23 games against these top four engines, winning a total
of ZERO games.  When Shredder was being tested, did the author(s) witness this
sort of result but decide to release it anyway?
