Just make sure you are providing the correct CD it ask for and make sure it's in the Drive (E) or (F) that it's expecting. I have two CD rom drives in my computer and I used one to install the program. Later when I had moved things around it was asking for one Drive and I was sticking the CD in the other drive. The only thing it would do is tell me that it was possibly not an original CD untill I figured out that it was in the wrong drive. :-) Also make sure you are following the correct procedure when it ask for the CD. That is, stick the CD into the drive and if it starts the program you have to quit the "startup" first. Then click on "Check Now". After a few seconds it should say "Thanks". If not then that is your problem. Jim
