I print the move that fails high, yes. What does that have to do with this? I haven't tried no aspiration window on other than wac, bk and the initial position. I haven't yet tried it in real play. But I'm not surprised it doesn't help that much. PVS searches a lot of lines with a zero-width window around alpha anyway. When I didn't do PVS, it did help significantly, I remember. /David
