yes, but anyway 1. ... Bb4+ is the better option then Bc4, I believe...

P.S.: But funny enough, I was not totally wrong because I had my doubts about
this draw... on the other hand I have so far not seen a chess programm that
would take with Kxe2 and refuses the draw... any ?
