I FOUND THAT IT WENT DIRECTLY TO THE FRITZ 7 FOLDER. THE OLD FRITZ 7 (7,0,0,2) ENGINE WAS STILL THE SAME, WITH NO CHANGES, IN THE ENGINE FOLDER. I THEN COPIED THE NEW FRITZ 7 (7,0,0,6) ENGINE INTO THE ENGINES FOLDER, AND IT REPLACED THE OLDER VERSION. ALSO, EVERYTIME I NOW GO INTO THE PLAYCHESS OPTION, IT PROMPTS ME TO DO THE UPGRADE. As mentioned you go into your engines folder, right click onto the desired engine, select properties, then version tab, and you will see the version number. I did not see any change to the engine size. (identical size) Brian
