Subject: Important questions about CCT-4.

I do not find this info in Volker's page, so probably somebody here can provide
the answer.
If there is a tie for first, a play-off game will be played. The following
questions refer to this posible play-off.
Who is going to play if there are more than two programs tied for first?
How is the color to be decided?
Who wins the title in case of a draw?
