Furthermore, the operator of a computer-human game on a chess server would want to get the human's OTB rating. After many games, the operator could calculate the programs approximate OTB strength. This would compliment the rating the program obtained on the server. The makers of these programs could make this process a lot easier if they automated the programs' play on the servers. But I doubt that will happen anytime soon, as they have too much to protect. Until then, let the manual testers get to work! :) Bela
