Actually no it won't. You _have_ to install Win98 first as the boot sector for Windows 2000/XP takes precedence over the older versions of Windows. I tried several ways of doing and the only one that works is installing Win98 first. I also use NTFS always so I had to create a FAT32 partition for Win98 which made my system a tad unstable. I have zero problems using Rebel 4.0 in Windows 2000. So I just axed WinXP and went soley to Windows 2000.
