Subject: CCT4; clarification of rules?

Because the tournament rules allow manual operation, it's likely that operator
errors will occur (as they did last weekend). Since the decision was made to go
manual, and since people make mistakes, it seems logical to allow for
corrections.

In the case of the Hiarcs-Isichess game, there was significant sentiment,
perhaps a majority, of participants who wanted the mistake corrected. I'm not
arguing with that decision; it was made by the TD and that's it. And, there
were other similar problems (Lordx, for example), and there will be more this
weekend.

When we are running fully automatic next time, this won't be an issue. But for
now, it might be a good idea to clarify the rules on the issue of operator
mistakes. Something like: In the case of a *clear* operator error, the game may
be restarted or replayed from the point of error, at the discretion of the TD.
