I saved a copy of my 7,0,0,2 engine and put it into another folder for
safekeeping in the event that I want to use that version in the future.
Unfortunately we can not play both versions against one another unless you use 2
different PC's or 2 separate interfaces and play the games between them
manually.
You can always reinstall your Fritz 7 program. If you have the English version,
that should have the 7,0,0,2 engine version. The first upgrade, as far as I
know, only affected the Fritz 7 interface, and not the 7,0,0,2 engine.
First remove your 7,0,0,6 engine and place it somewhere other than the Engines
folder.
At least the earlier Fritz 6 upgrades would rename the Fritz 6 engine to "Fritz
6 Old and then the new version as just Fritz 6. That way you could compare both
engines the easy way.
