I am still trying to cope with the non-learning of Fritz 7. Kind folks gave me a number of suggestions - check if the book is read only, make a first manual learning to setting the learning options, copy the ctg thread from within F7 instead of copying the ctg file with explorer, check if parent directories are read only etc etc but nothing worked so far. YetI have just discovered that the book learning *is* working when I run an engine match! How weeeeird it is. Karen
