I uninstalled Fritz 7 and then reinstalled it. I then downloaded the upgrade
from the Chessbase web site US option. This upgrade went just fine.
The Blue Screen Letters were no longer distorted nor were the pieces.
The playchess server is offering another upgrade with the following URL:
www.reti.de/Fritz7Update.exe
It this upgrade any different than the upgrade the Playchess server was offering
a few days ago?
