You are 100% correct.  I remember this vividly.  Also, CM4000 had a radically
new GUI.  I don't recall having seen anything, EVER, for Windows 3 that was as
"different".  The revolutionary GUI may have served somewhat to obscure the fact
of the new, vastly-stronger engine.  It was a fun time!
