I agree that people are honest.  But this requirement is not onerous, and has
the benefit of removing all doubt.

The commercials can certainly implement limited kibitzing without any trouble
whatsoever.

Don't see the need for that.  People do oversleep, and get busy.  Should be
flexible there. imho.
