Forget what I posted. Black's 5...d5? is a bad move; Black can still win with
5...f5!
But I think I see the real draw (and the stalemate mentioned):
1.Rc4! b2 2.Rxc2 bxa1Q 3.f3+!
[3.f4+ Kg1 4.Kh3 Nxe3 5.Rh2 d5?
(5...f5! 6.Ne2+ Kf1 7.Ng3+ Ke1 8.Re2+ Kd1 wins)
6.f5 Qc3 7.Ne2+ Kf1 8.Nxc3 Nxc3 9.Rb2 Ne2 10.Rb6 Ng1+
