I will not participate then.
a) i found the pairing done dead slow, i don't pay for that
b) i'm a better commentator of my own games than most GMs are,
and i'm not willing to pay a commentator for such a small
event.
So if you want your games analyzed, then ask some GMs out there on icc,
some already will analyze your game just for you for $10 or so.
Also when and how is the comment going to happen? I already know such
a 'professional' commentator will be watching fritz only and basically
comment on that.
The other rules are good ideas.

this is not a good idea. in all big tournaments there is a committee of
protest.
