I went to the archives to check.  That one quote is probably enough.

Maybe as you've already started Pavel, you could do 1/2 on, 1/2 off, & see if
there's any marked difference in results.  There shouldn't be because as you
said previously it's the same setting for everyone, so the playingfield is
level.
