All commands is descibed in the file engine-intf.html that will be installed in the same directory as Winboard. There been a long time since I was writing something in basic (not since 197x), so I can not help you with some code but there is a source code for a basic-winboard program here: http://digilander.iol.it/larsenvb/ I have a little feeling that I read somewhere that there could be something tricky to do if your program is 16-bit but I have never tried it.
