This was a hardware problem. I always try to be present when these games
are played, but late Friday night, my mother called and told me she had just
found out one of her very good family friends was in the hospital about 300+
miles from us, and would I be willing to drive her down to visit as the illness
was very serious.

I told her sure and we left saturday morning. We got back late Sunday
afternoon and the first thing I found was an email from a networking person
telling me we had had a router failure that made it almost impossible to get a
packet out of our network here. It was fixed late Saturday night. I have not
yet had time to look up the round by round results to see what happened to the
games in progress while that was going on. I knew it had 4 draws and 2 wins
from the first weekend, for a score of 4.0. Since it apparently finished with
a score of 5.5, it apparently scored 1.5 out of five games, so it certainly
didn't do very well...
