In the case of Crafty playing Crafty I believe that leaving Pondering ON will be
best.  Bob believes that Crafty acts better and is designed to run with it on.
Also since Crafty will only be playing Crafty there is little reason to worry
about one Crafty hogging the CPU time over the other.  I did this with ponder on
in a 200 game blitz match with Crafty vs Crafty and it was a very even match.
The main worry with ponder on is one program will hog more cpu time and be
unfair.  With two Crafty's this is unlikely and should be on for your match.
