Fritz 7 Program does some wierd things. I renamed my Chessbase folder and engine folders. I also removed the Chessbase folder from Program Files and moved it to My Documents while I was reinstalling the Fritz 6. All these folders were going to be put right back right after the Fritz 6 installation. Just for the hell of it I clicked onto the Fritz 7 Icon and after a moment of searching it actually fired up the Fritz 7 Program and engine. With the Fritz 6 program,if the Chessbase folder was renamed and removed and placed into another Folder, it would no find it without being given the path. Any explanations?? Brian
