Sergei seems a pretty nice guy, I have no problems with his approach to asking for things. I have had literally dozens of emails swearing me out for not having things filtered the way that others want it filtered (where is your list 'by player' or where is your list 'by event!?' [or by 'year' or by whatever...]) People get mad when I compress with an algorithm they don't already have a compressor for or when my site goes down for any reason (despite the warning they get when they log on). Generally, if someone is rude to me, I simply ignore them. I don't answer back or anything. If they repeat the behavior, my email client has a very nice filter that deletes everything from a given address without me even having to see it. I'll be the first to admit that my site is hard to use. I have put no effort at all into making it easy to use. But, everything is free and you get exactly the technical service that you have paid for.
