I do not understand what you think their motive would be to lie about any of this, Mike. I agree with Robert. the only thing i question about any of the match, is if any humans had any move input during the game. if someone was typing on a keyboard, then some of these moves could have human assistance. Kasparov wanted to see the logs, he thought some of the moves were too "human". but I assume that there were qualified "eyes" watching everything, especially from Kasparov's team. kburcham
