The cheaters I (think I) have seen on ICS was not in a high rating. It looks more like they was using a computer to get a higher rating for so to play it down again as human. So their motivation was to get stronger opponets when they was playing as human. I reported it once when it was obvious (for me) that it was this that happend. When he played his rating up he had no interface variable and when he started losing he used Blitzin. I saw later (same day!) that all his best scores was adjusted down, so I guess he was given a warning. Odd Gunnar
