well some engines are not proper set for this timecontrole
I have seen it myself during my UCI engine tests.
I believe Kasparov also wanted to change time control
But then givving both players more time so the qualety of the games would
improve
This has my vote
Like Gufeld said in one of his books you could write a book of disasters made
because of time trouble
When he lost a won posistion.
