That's funny (not "ha ha" funny) because that is the one compiler that won't
work.  There is a bug in the compiler so that it blows up on the EGTB templates.

However, there was a port of EGTB.CPP to C by Shane Harrelson.  We use it in
Beowulf, so you could use that file instead.

To answer your question, main.c is the main routine.  (surprise!)

If you look at the makefiles that come in the distribution, you can see which
objects and compiler flags are needed.
