Here is a link for your win and I find that most of the players have better rating than you and you have less than 2300. http://correspondencechess.com/campbell/usccc13f.htm I think that there is something wrong in the rating sysytem because you were one of the winners of the 11th championship (1995-1998) so it was logical to expect that your rating will be one of the best.
