Ed, I recently put up a review of this product on my web page. It is more of a tool for opening study than anything else. If you want annotated games, I might suggest starting with a particular player, and studying him/her. The best offerings right now in this area come from Convekta. If you want more information, go to my web pages, and click on the data section. I would suggest Great Players: Capablanca or Tal as good collections. Note that if you can't read informant codes, then you are in some difficulty. Most products out today assume you know how to do this. Bob www.chessreviews.com
