For instance, Zarkov-2.6 has this option. But it shouldn't be taken too
seriously.

Firstly, you would really need a lot of games in order to reliably deduce an ELO
performance (thumb rule: 100 games to determine your ELO with an uncertainty of
100).

Secondly, the ranking of the program itself is unknown; probably the author had
made an arbitrary guess for that which by the way would depend on hardware too.
