I believe that 400 elo improvement in 400 days for someone who use 4 hours per day in training on tactcis is passimistic assumption for 1300 players. I believe that most 1300 players can get more than 1700 in 400 days if they train 4 hours per day when the training is mainly on tactics. I also expect them to get more than 200 elo rating improvement in the level of play in the first month that mean that their performance will be more than 1500 30 days after they start training. Uri
