I disagree.  If it sees this in the evaluation, then it will recognize this
at the root, because *nothing* changes for 100 plies, except the positions of
the kings.  So it isn't an evaluation thing, IMHO.

It *can* be caused by thinking black is winning, because white is the one that
makes this take 100 plies to draw, black has far fewer possible squares to roam
to, while white has plenty.  But if white thinks he is losing, he can dance
between two squares and the repetition occurs far before the 50 move rule can
kick in...
