Hi Robin,
I strongly suspect you are doing Nothing wrong, & that it would take a real
hacker to accomplish what you are attempting.

You could perhaps try creating a match between different F7 versions in
different GUI's.  Can you set up a match between Winboard & Chessbase, or
Fritz6GUI (running a F7 engine) & Fritz7GUI?

Keep in mind too, the "relevence of testing similar engines" argued by Dr. Bob.

Comparing the results of F7versions against your other top CBEngines would be an
easier and perhaps more worthwhile exercise.
