Hi Peter,

Thanks. What I really want to do is play Fritz vs. Fritz (and Fritz vs. Junior,
Tiger, Shredder etc. as well as Junior vs. Junior etc.) using a custom opening
book. The idea is to test various (and numerous) opening ideas using as many
different (and very strong) engines as I can. This could be done with the "play
from this position" feature, but you only get one opeing line at a time that
way, and I need thousands of games in hundreds of lines. The engine tournament
feature would be ideal for my purposes if I could play the same engines against
each other, but as I am sure you know, when you invite an engine to a
tournament, that engine is no longer available in the list of engines which can
be invited. Oh well. These software tools are so wonderful that I just wish
they were perfect!

Robin
