It loses pretty quickly unless black just folds his tent and quits. A good GM won't do so, and the line here is quite narrow and focused, which means most GM's will see it, play it, and win easily... As I have said before, against a GM, being overly speculative is bad. It's ok to sacrifice a pawn for lots of counterplay, but I wouldn't sac the exchange, in the center, if *I* end up getting attacked for the trouble.
