I recently bought 2 copies of ChessMaster for $30 at a retail outlet, even
though I found them at $13 online. I would rather have a place I can go for
service than save the cost of a McDonalds meal.

On the other hand, with the more esoteric programs (read: anything besides
ChessMaster) about the only place I can find them is online.
