Your message gave me the impression that there might be one especially for Arena. A special forum just for Arena might be a good idea. Also useful would be a web page that consists of a form (formular) for a beta tester to fill out for each bug they find or improvement suggestion they have. The page would have a "Submit" button that sends a message to you and/or the Arena author.
