51C is definately too hot idle. Especially after you've kicked the voltage down
to 1.55v (which could cause further instabilities with inadequate cooling). My
recommendation would be the Thermalright SK6 for it's ease of use and extremely
good cooling ability (0.14c/w). At full power (absolute 100% load) the 1.2GHz
Athlon at 1.75v (non-AYHJA) is 65.7 watts. Assuming your case is a rather warm
(30C) then at 0.14c/w under full load your cpu will never get above 39.2C. Be
sure you use some good heatsink compound/thermal paste as well. A good one is
Arctic Silver 2. Another one thats not bad is the radio shack metal tubed
compound. Do not attempt to use the plastic tubed stuff from radio shack, it's
HORRIBLE.

If you're interested in the SK6 take a look at www.webuildpcs.com (last place I
saw that had it for $29).
